CMSAUK LTD IS AFFILIATED TO ENGLAND NETBALL – ENA ID: 2064462
CMSAUK offer ELITE TRAINING. Girls must go through our pathway process to be selected and invited to represent CMSAUK in our league teams.
Our Teams compete in the QNJNL Netball League (Queens North Junior Netball League) based in Northwood and all matches are played on Sundays at:
St Helen’s School, Eastbury Road, Northwood HA6 3AS

We are committed to teach, nurture & encourage all the skills & aspects required to play in Netball league competitions and to instil into our payers the discipline needed to compete effectively with integrity.

CMSAUK LEAGUE PLAYER & PRE-MATCH REQUIREMENTS
- Each Player is required to wear a CMSAUK NETBALL DRESS & Club Hoodie. Players are permitted to wear skins/ sports leggings or sports shorts under dresses.
- All Players to turn up “NETBALL READY” This includes short nails (nails no more than 1mm above the finger line, hair tied back, no jewellery or earrings) THE UMPIRES WILL BE STRICT!
- All Players to arrive, with a positive mindset, at least 20 minutes prior to start of the match for checks, warm up and team focus talks.
- Punctuality is essential!! Please ensure that you allow ample time to arrive at your destination for the required PRE-MATCH focus talks and warm up. Matches are timed to the minute and there are team sanctions for late players including points deductions. If you find that you are running late, please message Coach Channy.
- Team Captains are to lead warm-ups/stretches and promote team motivation pre & during game.
- All players to ensure they have eaten appropriate food at least 90 minutes prior to arrival to allow food to digest and for sustained energy.
- All players must bring a filled water bottle. Players can bring nut free snacks.
- All players are to commit with 100% focus & work ethic to weekly ELITE Training & Matches giving 100% to their team. Each player/position is of equal importance and play a vital role to their team structure and success.
- Each team to foster a strong sense of unity.
TEAM STRUCTURE & TACTICAL CHANGES
- Each team consists of up to a FULL Squad of 16 players with tactical changes permitted according to England netball rules.
- We aim to take at least 10 girls weekly. We will need 7 on court with at least 3 tactical SUBS (Shooting/ attacking/ defensive) – England Netball rules now allow unlimited tactical changes during a match.
- Players can rotate on/off as well as switch positions based on tactical needs. Please be reminded this will be the coaches discretion. Tactical changes can significantly influence the game.
- All players to come prepared for time on sideline (Players to come wearing appropriate layers depending on the weather).
- Matches are fast & competitive. Players should be physically and mentally ready for games which we, the coaches, will monitor and assess weekly at training and matches.
COACHES / PARENTAL CO-OPERATION & CODE OF CONDUCT
- Parents are encouraged to trust the coaches to make tactical discissions that benefit the individual, team & Squad. Coaches continuously assess the player’s fitness & skillset.
- Player selection is based on fitness, readiness and opposition analysis.
- If a player is uncomfortable during a game, we will adjust accordingly. We will maintain honestywith parents and provide feedback if a player may need additional support or extra time to progress prior any match play.
- Parents MUST adhere to and respect our code of conduct. Your child is part of a large squad and may not always be called to play but still an important part of a full squad team.
- Parents and Children MUST adhere to all codes of conduct.
- The coaches will have the right to remove any child/parent if they are found to be in breach of the code of conduct. All players and parents are to respect the coaches and umpires and please note, coaches and umpires decisions are final.
- If there is an unclear decision in the game, the captains will be taught to approach the umpire kindly for clarification at half time.
- Finally, we would like to thank the parents in advance for their co-operation and support.
